# Pre-Op Report

> Viewing and printing the pre-operative surgical plan report.

## Pre-Op Report

The pre-operative report is a formatted summary of the surgical plan, designed for printing and inclusion in the patient's medical record.

## Accessing the Report

You can open the pre-op report from two locations:

* **Case detail page** — click the **Pre-Op Report** button
* **Planner toolbar** — click the **Report** button while in the planner

The report opens in a new browser tab, formatted for printing.

## Report Contents

The pre-op report includes the following sections:

### Patient Information

* Patient name, MRN, date of birth, gender
* Organisation and surgeon name

### Case Details

* Procedure type (e.g., ACL Reconstruction)
* Operative side (Left / Right)

### Tunnel Parameters

For each tunnel (femoral, tibial), the report displays:

* Entry and exit coordinates (mm)
* Inclination and anteversion angles (degrees)
* Tunnel diameter (mm)
* Tunnel depth (mm)
* **Visual tunnel diagram** — a scaled circle showing the tunnel diameter and a bar showing the tunnel depth, making it easy to verify parameters at a glance

### Implant Selection

* Implant name and manufacturer
* Selected size
* Material

### Graft Configuration

* Graft type, diameter, and total length (if configured)

### Imaging Settings

* Window/level preset used

### Measurements

* All length and angle measurements placed in the planner

### Notes

### QR Code

A QR code is included on the report that links directly to the case in NavNX. The surgical team can scan this code to open the full interactive plan on any device.

### Surgeon Signature

A signature line is provided at the bottom of the report for the operating surgeon to sign after reviewing the plan.

## Printing

To print the report or save it as a PDF:

1. Press **Ctrl+P** (or **Cmd+P** on macOS) while viewing the report.
2. Select your printer or choose **Save as PDF**.
3. The report is formatted for A4 paper in portrait orientation.

<Tip>
