Welcome to NavNX

NavNX transforms CT and MRI scans into interactive 3D models that orthopedic surgeons use to plan surgical procedures. Load DICOM imaging data, visualise anatomy in 2D and 3D, place tunnels, select implants, and generate pre-operative reports.

Getting Started

Sign in, navigate the dashboard, and understand the workspace.

Surgical Planner

Load DICOM files, view MPR, render bone in 3D, place tunnels and implants.

Cases

Create cases, manage status, add notes, and link to patients.

Reports

Generate and print pre-operative surgical plan reports.

Key Features

  • DICOM Viewing — Stack scrolling, multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), window/level adjustment
  • 3D Bone Rendering — GPU volume rendering with density thresholding, clipping planes, and anatomical views
  • Tunnel Placement — Femoral and tibial tunnel planning with coordinates, angles, and dimensions
  • Implant Selection — Browse the multi-manufacturer catalogue, preview 3D models
  • Measurements — Length and angle tools with mm/degree precision
  • Plan Persistence — Auto-save surgical plans, reload DICOM from cloud storage
  • Pre-op Reports — Print-ready reports with tunnel parameters, implant selection, and case notes
  • STL Export — Export bone models for 3D printing
