Reach out to the NavNX support team: When contacting support, include:
  • A description of the issue
  • Your browser and operating system
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable

A WebGL 2.0 compatible GPU is required. If your browser does not support WebGL, the DICOM viewer and 3D planner will not function. Check chrome://gpu (Chrome) or about:support (Firefox) to verify.

Keyboard shortcuts are automatically disabled when typing in input fields, so they won’t interfere with data entry.

Browser Recommendations

For the best experience, use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These browsers provide the most consistent WebGL performance and are regularly tested with NavNX. Safari and Firefox are supported but may exhibit minor rendering differences in the 3D viewer.
