Signing In
NavNX uses email and password authentication. Your account is created by invitation — you will receive a link to set your password when your organisation administrator adds you (see Accepting an Invitation).Complete 2FA (if enabled)
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. See Two-Factor Authentication for details.
Passkey Sign-In
If you have registered a passkey (see Security Settings), you can sign in without a password. Click Sign in with passkey on the login screen and follow your browser’s prompt to authenticate with your device biometrics or security key.Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password:- Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for 60 minutes).
- Follow the link and set a new password.
If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Contact your organisation administrator if the issue persists.
Password Requirements
When setting or changing your password, it must meet the following criteria:- At least 12 characters long
- Must satisfy 4 out of 5 of the following:
- Uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Lowercase letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special character (e.g.,
!@#$%^&*) - No more than 2 consecutive identical characters
