Pre-Op Report

The pre-operative report is a formatted summary of the surgical plan, designed for printing and inclusion in the patient’s medical record.

Accessing the Report

You can open the pre-op report from two locations:
  • Case detail page — click the Pre-Op Report button

The report opens in a new browser tab, formatted for printing.

Printing

To print the report or save it as a PDF:
  1. Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on macOS) while viewing the report.
  2. Select your printer or choose Save as PDF.
  3. The report is formatted for A4 paper in portrait orientation.
Save the report as a PDF to attach it to the patient’s electronic medical record or share it with the surgical team before the procedure.
The report reflects the plan at the time of viewing. If you modify the plan after printing, reprint the report to capture the latest changes.
