Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It provides a summary of your surgical planning activity and quick access to common tasks.Stat Cards
At the top of the dashboard, four stat cards display key metrics:| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Cases | The number of cases in your organisation |
| Active Plans | Cases currently in draft or preop status |
| Upcoming Surgeries | Cases with a planned date in the next 14 days |
| Patients | Total patient records in your organisation |
Upcoming Surgeries
Below the stat cards, the Upcoming Surgeries section lists cases with a planned surgery date in the near future. Each entry shows:- Patient name
- Procedure type (e.g., ACL Reconstruction)
- Side (Left / Right)
- Planned date
- Case status
Recent Cases
The Recent Cases section shows the cases you have most recently viewed or edited, regardless of their planned date. This makes it easy to resume work on a plan you started earlier.Quick Actions
Two quick-action buttons are available at the top of the dashboard:- New Case — opens the case creation form (see Creating a Case)
- New Patient — opens the patient creation form (see Managing Patients)
